Energy Elixir
2 Parts Turmeric
2 Parts Ground Ginger
2 Parts Cayenne Pepper
3 Parts Crystalized Vitamin C or Lemonade Crystals
1 Part Black Pepper
1 Part Cinnamon
Mix one or two teaspoons of the mixture with a tall glass of water. You can add a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of honey if you like.
